Healing that feels grounded.
Growth that feels sustainable.
Hi, I’m Phaedra (pronounced Fay-druh).
My approach to counseling is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in curiosity. I believe meaningful change happens when we have space to explore our experiences openly and without judgment, and when we feel supported in doing so.
I integrate person-centered approaches that support practical change and self-understanding, while creating space for reflection, emotional processing, mindfulness, and somatic awareness.
I enjoy working with women and mothers, and those working through complex or strained family relationships, including estrangement. I feel called to support LGBTQ+ individuals and families, as well as adolescents and emerging adults as they navigate identity, relationships, and the transition into adulthood.
How can therapy help me?
You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Maybe you’ve been carrying stress, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, or patterns that keep repeating in your life and relationships. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, emotionally reactive, or unsure of how to move forward.
Therapy can provide space to slow down, reflect, reconnect with yourself, and better understand the patterns shaping your experiences—without judgment or pressure to have all the answers.
Wherever you are in your process, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I aim to create a space that feels supportive, collaborative, and grounded as you move toward greater balance, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
